Holy/Historical Sites
We have had the honor of serving the Two Holy Mosques for 30+ years, with spaces of more than 1.5M square meters and the presence of more than 14,000 manpower who served a 30+ separate buildings in multiple locations and managed with consideration and high quality.
We provided many services; electrical, electronic, mechanical, firefighting and fire alarm, and air conditioning services. In addition to cleaning services, watering works, pest control, and security support, as well as providing operation and maintenance services for the world's largest sound system in the Holy Mosque of Makkah, which is a sensitive system that must be secured. Cleaning services include dealing with over 5,000 tons of waste during the holy month of Ramadan and washing nearly 2,000 carpets per week, where there are over 60,000 carpets that are maintained and washed.
During Ramadan & Hajj, we achieved record numbers in washing the sanctuary area in less than nine minutes and cleaning surfaces of more than 500,000 square meters in less than 40 minutes to receive 2M visitors per day.
Luxurious Presidential Facilities
Because of our facility management expertise, we possess the ability and know-how to successfully overcome all emerging challenges while providing quality and professional services for VIP residential projects. Adopting knowledge and experience gained from our integrated facilities management solutions to improve the VIP experience. We have transferred the specialized working models that we have developed in certain market sectors such as healthcare, aviation, and retail to our residential facilities and presidential palaces.
